With effect from 1 January 2024, an updated version of the Rules of Procedure for the Administrative Review of Whereabouts Failure came into force. The update is mainly based on editorial adjustments to the 2021 amended World Anti-Doping Code and International Standard for Results Management and their national implementation into the 2021 “Nationaler Anti-Doping Code” and the “Standard für Ergebnismanagement-/ Disziplinarverfahren”.
