Mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2024 ist eine aktualisierte Fassung der Verfahrensordnung für die Administrative Überprüfung von Meldepflicht- und Kontrollversäumnissen (VAÜ) in Kraft getreten. Die Überarbeitung basiert im Wesentlichen auf redaktionellen Anpassungen an den Nationalen Anti-Doping Code 2021 sowie an den Standard für Ergebnismanagement-/Disziplinarverfahren.

Update of the Rules of Procedure for the Administrative Review of Whereabouts Failure (VAÜ)
With effect from 1 January 2024, an updated version of the Rules of Procedure for the Administrative Review of Whereabouts Failure came into force. The update is mainly based on editorial adjustments to the 2021 amended World Anti-Doping Code and International Standard for Results Management and their national implementation into the 2021 “Nationaler Anti-Doping Code” and the “Standard für Ergebnismanagement-/ Disziplinarverfahren”.
