The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany), pursuant to the relevant provisions of the World Anti-Doping Code (WADC21), the National Anti-Doping Code (NADC21), and the anti-doping regulations of the German Athletics Federation (DLV-ADC), has initiated a sports law results management proceeding against sprinter and top international athlete Owen Ansah regarding a possible Anti-Doping Rule Violation (refusing sample collection, Art. 2.3)
The athlete is not currently provisionally suspended. For the possible Anti-Doping Rule Violation the anti-doping regulations do not provide for a mandatory provisional suspension.
