The high diver Anna Bader ("Athlete") tested positive for Ostarine following an out-of-competition doping control of 13 June 2024 and is provisionally suspended since 27 September 2024. The World Anti Doping Agency (WADA), the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) and the Athlete have concluded a Case Resolution Agreement according to which the Athlete is sanctioned for a 2.1 anti-doping rule violation (presence of a Prohibited Substance) with a period of Ineligibility of twenty-four (24) months starting on the date of the sample collection.
The parties agree that there is no evidence that the anti-doping rule violation was committed intentionally. The Athlete will therefore be eligible to participate in any competitions as of 13 June 2026.
