NADA Germany informs students at the University of Bonn

12.06.2025

The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) welcomed a group of international law students from the University of Bonn to its office. As part of the specialist event ‘International Sports Law and Arbitration’, the students were given a practical insight into the international anti-doping regulations and the processes involved in arbitration proceedings in sport.

The programme focused in particular on the results management procedure and the course of proceedings at the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The participants not only gained theoretical knowledge, but also insights into real case constellations from NADA Germany's work.

The event also provided an opportunity for mutual exchange. This led to exciting discussions about national differences, legal approaches and current developments in anti-doping work.
