NADA Germany at the Symposium on Anti-Doping Science in the USA

The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA) took part in the Symposium on Anti-Doping Science organised by the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) in Chattanooga. Experts from around the world exchanged views on new developments in anti-doping research. This year’s symposium focused on the topic of peptides and proteins.

Experts presented the current state of research in specialist talks. NADA Germany, represented by Dr Sabrina Schoeps (Doping Control System), also gave a presentation on the possibilities for analysing the Biological Athlete Passport and how NADA Germany deals with abnormal Biological Athlete Passports, using examples.

The annual Anti-Doping Science Symposium is an important opportunity for NADA Germany to keep abreast of global research in the field of anti-doping and to exchange views with researchers.
