Doping prevention: new courses for football players integrated in NADA e-learning

04.08.2022

As part of its prevention programme GEMEINSAM GEGEN DOPING (TOGETHER AGAINST DOPING), the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) has created two new e-learning courses with the German Football Association (DFB), which can now be used via NADA's e-learning system. The project was realised in connection with the HatTrick support programme of the Union of European Football Association (UEFA).

The courses deal with anti-doping topics with a football-specific focus. A first course educates football players on basic anti-doping content, while a second course, which builds on the first, focuses on values education as well as dual career and performance pressure issues.

The new football-specific courses can be found in the e-learning app chunkx used by NADA Germany and are integrated there in the GEMEINSAM GEGEN DOPING-Academy. The courses can be completed by all athletes. chunkx is available for download in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
