Für die Nationale Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) ist Dr. Sabrina Schoeps, Mitarbeiterin im Ressort Doping-Kontroll-System, als Vertreterin Teil der Pre-Games Expert Group. Die Gruppe ist verantwortlich für die Ausarbeitung der Empfehlungen für ein internationales vor-olympisches Testprogramm für Paris 2024. Schoeps bringt in dieser Gruppe wichtige Erfahrungen aus dem Kontrollsystem in Deutschland ein.
Zur Erarbeitung der Empfehlungen wurden u.a. Anpassungen früherer Risikobewertungen vor den Olympischen Spielen identifiziert, Informationen wie die Dopinghistorie der teilnehmenden Länder, die Dopinghistorie der olympischen Sportarten/Disziplinen sowie weitere Informationen aus den verschiedenen Ländern gesammelt und potenzielle Testlücken identifiziert.
Die Leitung der Pre-Games Expert Group übernimmt die International Testing Agency (ITA). Das Internationale Olympische Komitee (IOC) hat als verantwortliche Organisation für die Olympischen Spiele seine Verantwortlichkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung des Anti-Doping-Programms für die Spiele an die ITA delegiert. Neben Dr. Sabrina Schoeps sind Laura Lewis (USADA), Linglin (CHINADA) und Alejandro Lozano (World Athletics) Mitglieder der Pre-Games Expert Group.

Olympic Games Paris: NADA Germany part of the Pre-Games Expert Group
For the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany), Dr. Sabrina Schoeps, staff member in the Testing department, is part of the Pre-Games Expert Group as a representative. The group is responsible for drafting the recommendations for an international pre-Olympic testing programme for Paris 2024. Schoeps brings important experience from the Testing Programme in Germany to this group.
In order to develop the recommendations, adjustments of previous pre-Olympic risk assessments were identified, information such as the doping history of the participating countries, the doping history of the Olympic sports/disciplines as well as other information from the different countries was collected and potential testing gaps were identified.
The Pre-Games Expert Group is led by the International Testing Agency (ITA). The International Olympic Committee (IOC), as the responsible organisation for the Olympic Games, has delegated its responsibilities related to the implementation of the anti-doping programme for the Games to the ITA. In addition to Dr Sabrina Schoeps, Laura Lewis (USADA), Linglin (CHINADA) and Alejandro Lozano (World Athletics) are members of the Pre-Games Expert Group.
