Die Nationale Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) hat die staatlichen Ermittlungsstellen zu einem gemeinsamen Austausch nach Bonn eingeladen. An der hybriden Veranstaltung nahmen Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der Polizeidienststellen und Landeskriminalämter (LKA), Staatsanwaltschaften sowie das Bundeskriminalamt (BKA), das Zollkriminalamt (ZKA) teil.
In kurzen Updates aus den NADA-Ressorts Recht, Doping-Kontroll-System (DKS) und Medizin stellten Mitarbeitende der NADA aktuelle Themen vor. Einen besonderen Schwerpunkt bildeten die Intelligence- und Investigations-Arbeit der NADA sowie die Fortbildungs- und Forschungsinitiative im Dopingstrafrecht (FIDoS).
Das Programm wurde durch Beiträge der Anti-Doping-Labore ergänzt und das Institut für Dopinganalytik und Sportbiochemie Dresden (IDAS) sowie das Instituts für Biochemie der Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln informierten über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Neuerungen in den Analyseverfahren. Zudem gaben die Staatsanwaltschaften aus Düsseldorf, Freiburg, München und Zweibrücken sowie das ZKA und das BKA Einblicke in ihre Anti-Doping-Arbeit. Die österreichische Anti-Doping-Organisation (NADA Austria), Swiss Sport Integrity sowie die Anti-Doping-Organisation aus Aserbaidschan (AMADA) erweiterten das Programm mit Beiträgen zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit.
Die Kooperation mit staatlichen Ermittlungsstellen ist ein zentraler Bestandteil effektiver Anti-Doping-Arbeit. Die von der NADA angebotenen Workshops fördern den fachlichen Austausch und den Ausbau von Netzwerken.

Exchange with the state investigation authorities in Bonn
The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) has invited the state investigating authorities to a joint exchange in Bonn. The hybrid event was attended by representatives of Police Departments and State Criminal Investigation Offices (LKA), Public Prosecutor's Offices, the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and the Customs Criminal Investigation Office (ZKA).
In short updates from NADA Germany's Legal, Testing (DKS) and Medicine departments, NADA Germany employees presented current topics. NADA Germany's Intelligence and Investigations work and the Further Education and Research Initiative in Criminal Doping Law (FIDoS) were a particular focus of the programme.
The programme was supplemented by contributions from the anti-doping laboratories and the Institute for Doping Analysis and Sports Biochemistry Dresden (IDAS) and the Institute for Biochemistry at the German Sport University Cologne provided information on current developments and innovations in analytical procedures. In addition, the Public Prosecutor's Offices from Düsseldorf, Freiburg, Munich and Zweibrücken as well as the ZKA and the BKA provided insights into their anti-doping work. The Austrian Anti-Doping Organisation (NADA Austria), Swiss Sport Integrity and the Anti-Doping Organisation from Azerbaijan (AMADA) expanded the programme with contributions on international cooperation.
Co-operation with state investigative authorities is a central component of effective anti-doping work. The workshops offered by NADA Germany promote the exchange of expertise and the expansion of networks.
