Akira Kataoka, Senior Manager Results Management & Intelligence, und Shoichi Sugiyama, Justitiar der Japan Anti-Doping Agency (JADA), waren zu Gast bei der Nationalen Anti Doping Agentur (NADA) in Bonn.
Bei dem Treffen mit den NADA-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen aus dem Ressort Recht in der NADA-Geschäftsstelle lag der Fokus auf den Themen Result Management sowie Intelligence & Investigations. In den Gesprächen ging es um die Umsetzung der Vorgaben der Welt Anti-Doping Agentur (WADA) sowie die gemeinsame Vertiefung von Fallbeispielen.
Die internationale Vernetzung und der Austausch ist essenziell für den Bereich der Ermittlungen und die Verfolgung von Dopingverstößen.

Akira Kataoka, Senior Manager Results Management & Intelligence, and Shoichi Sugiyama, Legal Advisor of the Japan Anti-Doping Agency (JADA), were guests at the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) in Bonn.
At the meeting with the NADA Germany colleagues from the legal department in the NADA Germany office, the focus was on the topics of results management and intelligence & investigations. The discussions focused on the implementation of the guidelines of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) as well as the joint deepening of case studies.
International networking and exchange is essential in the field of investigations and prosecution of doping violations.
