Das jährliche Update der Nationalen Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) für die staatlichen Ermittlungsbehörden fand mit rund 45 Teilnehmenden aus 14 Bundesländern diese Woche digital statt.
Im ersten Teil der Veranstaltung gab die NADA ein kompaktes Update aus den Bereichen Recht, Doping-Kontroll-System, Medizin und Intelligence & Investigation. Aktuelle Themen aus den von der Welt Anti-Doping Agentur (WADA) akkreditierten Laboren rundeten den Auftakt ab. Beiträge aus dem Zollfahndungsdienst, dem Zollkriminalamt und dem Bundeskriminalamt sowie der Schwerpunktstaatsanwaltschaften aus Freiburg, München und Zweibrücken starteten den zweiten Teil des dreistündigen Programms. Die WADA, sowie die Kolleginnen und Kollegen der NADA Austria und Integrity Sport Switzerland gaben einen Einblick in internationale Themen.
Abschließend präsentierte die NADA den aktuelle Stand zur Etablierung der Fortbildungs- und Forschungsinitiative im Dopingstrafrecht (FIDoS).

Digital workshop for state investigating authorities
The annual update of the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) for state investigating authorities took place digitally this week with around 45 participants from 14 federal states.
In the first part of the event, NADA Germany provided a compact update from the areas of law, the testing programme, medicine and intelligence & investigation. Current topics from the laboratories accredited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rounded off the kick-off. The second part of the three-hour programme began with contributions from the Customs Investigation Service, the Customs Criminal Investigation Office and the Federal Criminal Police Office, as well as the public prosecutor's offices in Freiburg, Munich and Zweibrücken. WADA and colleagues from NADA Austria and Integrity Sport Switzerland gave an insight into international topics.
Finally, NADA Germany presented the current status of the establishment of the Further Training and Research Initiative in Criminal Doping Law (FIDoS).
