Die Nationale Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA), das Bundesinstitut für Sportwissenschaft (BISp) und das Institut für Sportrecht an der Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln (DSHS) haben den Abschlussbericht eines gemeinsamen Forschungsprojekts vorgestellt. Die DSHS vertiefte in dem auf Initiative der NADA entstandenen Projekt wissenschaftlich die neuen Herausforderungen im Bereich Dopingprävention.
Mit dem International Standard for Education 2021 (ISE2021) trat erstmals ein verbindliches Regelwerk zur Dopingprävention unterhalb des Welt Anti-Doping Codes 2021 in Kraft. Danach ist die systematische, zielgruppenspezifische und evaluierbare Umsetzung von Präventionsmaßnahmen und die Etablierung eines Dopingpräventionsplan nunmehr für alle Anti-Doping-Organisationen verpflichtend.
Im Mittelpunkt des Projekts stand die Beantwortung neuer Fragestellungen, die sich aus dem ISE2021 und seiner nationalen Umsetzung, dem Standard für Dopingprävention 2021 (SfD2021), dem Dopingpräventionsprogramm, dem -präventionsplan sowie dem -präventionspool ergeben. Im Fokus standen die rechtlichen und rechtspraktischen Anforderungen für die NADA und deren Umsetzung im Präventionsprogramm GEMEINSAM GEGEN DOPING. Den Abschluss des Projekts und weitere Folgemaßnahmen besprachen NADA, BISp und das Institut für Sportrecht an der Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln am Montag in Bonn.

Final report of a joint research project published: ‘New challenges in the field of doping education’
The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany), the Federal Institute for Sports Science (BISp) and the Institute for Sports Law at the German Sport University Cologne (DSHS) have presented the final report of a joint research project. In the project, which was initiated by NADA Germany, the DSHS analysed the new challenges in the field of doping education.
With the International Standard for Education 2021 (ISE2021), a binding set of rules for doping education under the World Anti-Doping Code 2021 came into force for the first time. According to this, the systematic, target group-specific and evaluable implementation of education measures and the establishment of a doping education plan is now mandatory for all anti-doping organisations.
The project focused on answering new questions arising from the ISE2021 and its national implementation, the Standard for Doping Education 2021 (SfD2021), the doping education programme, the doping education plan and the doping education pool. The focus was on the legal and practical legal requirements for NADA Germany and their implementation in the TOGETHER AGAINST DOPING education programme. NADA Germany, BISp and the Institute for Sports Law at the German Sport University Cologne discussed the conclusion of the project and further follow-up measures on Monday in Bonn.
